What is the Research Committee?
The Research Committee was created for the purpose of reviewing SIP progress in order to develop recommended policy positions on legislative and administrative proposals and issues for the Working Group as they prepare their biennial TCAWG Resolution on legislative priorities. Once approved, the TCAWG Resolution will be delivered to the legislature and recommended for adoption by the TCAWG participating entities.

Who can participate in the Research Committee?
Participation on the Research Committee is open to all members of TCAWG. To participate in the committee, contact Michael Vasquez at the Urban Counties Offices. State and Federal agencies and entities are encouraged and welcome to participate in the Research Committee as non-voting participants.
When does the Research Committee Meet?
The Committee meets at the call of the chairman. The next meeting of the Research Committee is not yet scheduled, but will probably be in the fall of 2006. Meetings take place in the second floor boardroom of the Urban Counties Building at 500 West 13th Street.
