Eva DeLuna Castro previously worked at Every Texan since 1998 focusing on state budget issues. She was previously an analyst for the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, and researched various policy issues related to state revenue and spending. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Literature, cum laude, from Harvard University in 1988 and a Master of Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin in 1997.
