CEO Hill Country Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Centers

Tod Citron has served as the CEO of Hill Country Mental Health & Developmental Disabilities Centers since August 2021. Citron has spent more than 35 years working in the health and human services field. Previously, he served as the CEO of the Cobb and Douglas Community Service Boards in Georgia for 16 years. His career has encompassed clinical and management positions in the public sector, private/not-for-profit, and for-profit sectors. Citron holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Atlanta University and Master of Science degree in Healthcare Policy and Administration from the Mercer University’s Stetson School of Business and Economics. In his free time, Tod enjoys minor league baseball and has visited close to 60 minor league baseball stadiums throughout the United States.
