DESCRIPTION:Please read these instructions completely to ensure you are reg
 istered correctly.\nThere are two registration forms: the first one is lon
 ger and is used only for invoicing.\nThe second is for name tags and t-shi
 rts\; every member of your group must be included in the second\, shorter 
 registration form.\nFor example\, Sally Smith is receiving the invoice for
  six registrants\; she would be listed in full on the first billing form a
 nd on the attendee form with her shirt size and title. The invoice registr
 ation can be someone not attending\, i.e.\, a travel desk or an assistant.
 \nPlease double-check your t-shirt sizes when you register. As we have to 
 preorder shirts\, we will not have many extras to switch sizes if you orde
 red the wrong size.\nWhen asked for your title\, provide your work title\,
  e.g.\, Director\, Associate\, Program Specialist\, Accountant. Do NOT us
 e Ms. Mrs. or Mr. for the title. \nAll registrations must include a full 
 first name\, a last name and a title.\nRegistering for the conference doe
 s not reserve a room for you. Register before September 14\, 2026\, to en
 sure you get our preferred rate. Once hotel reservations close\, TIHCA can
 not add more rooms. Register for a hotel room.\nIf you have any questions
