Did you know that the TechShare.Court software could be implemented in any trial level court in Texas? The current court project in Dallas, Tarrant, and Travis counties focuses on adult criminal courts. That being said, the software was built by the original vendor to support all court types, including municipal, justice of the peace, civil, family, and juvenile courts.
Tarrant County has taken an initial step in scoping out what an implementation effort would look like within their District Civil, Family, and Juvenile courts. This assessment kicked off in March of this year. The objective of this exercise is to generate a list of additional functional areas that will require enhancements to the system prior to implementation activities.
The results of this assessment are expected to be complete as early as June, at which point the results will be available to the counties currently participating in TechShare.Court.
