Ramey is a graduate from Texas A&M with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Psychology. Ramey has 36 years of experience in the mental health field with 27 of those years supervising criminal justice programs. He currently serves as the Chief of Behavioral Health for MHMR of Tarrant County where he oversees the Behavioral Health division, which encompasses adult specialty programs, substance use disorder services, crisis services, criminal justice, and law enforcement diversion programs, including nine behavioral health clinics.
