Please read these instructions completely to ensure you are registered correctly.
There are two registration forms: the first one is longer and is used only for invoicing.
The second is for name tags and t-shirts; every member of your group must be included in the second, shorter registration form.
For example, Sally Smith is receiving the invoice for six registrants; she would be listed in full on the first billing form and on the attendee form with her shirt size and title. The invoice registration can be someone not attending, i.e., a travel desk or an assistant.
Please double-check your t-shirt sizes when you register. As we have to preorder shirts, we will not have many extras to switch sizes if you ordered the wrong size.
When asked for your title, provide your work title, e.g., Director, Associate, Program Specialist, Accountant. Do NOT use Ms. Mrs. or Mr. for the title.
All registrations must include a full first name, a last name and a title.
Registering for the conference does not reserve a room for you. Register before September 14, 2026, to ensure you get our preferred rate. Once hotel reservations close, TIHCA cannot add more rooms. Register for a hotel room.
